All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Michaela’s Sweets uses a proprietary gluten free flour blend for all our baked goods and our treats are freshly baked to order. When possible, we source our ingredients locally to ensure freshness.
At this time, all orders are accepted via telephone. We require a minimum 48-hour’s notice for all orders.
All orders must be paid in full when placing your order. We offer credit/debit card payments via phone.
For large, custom and special event orders, a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance is to be paid on collection or delivery.
Any amendment to your order must be confirmed via email/writing as soon as possible, and may be subject to an additional charge if extra work is required. We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
All cancellations require a minimum 24-hour notice. Any cancellation less than 24-hours prior to order delivery or pick up date and where work has been started or is already completed is still chargeable and will incur a $25 fee. All deposits are non-refundable.
We offer local delivery within Hooksett/Manchester, NH free of charge. We do offer deliveries outside of the Hooksett/Manchester, NH area for a fee and based on availability. Once goods have been collected or delivered we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur. If possible, we will help repair any damage, but this will incur extra costs for time and materials used.
Michaela’s Sweets reserves the right to use photos of all products made in any form of media.
